Privacy mode

Privacy mode Ask before contacting YouTube (no thumbnails; confirm before each video plays)

Normally thumbnails load from YouTube's image servers and a video plays as soon as you click it. Both connect your browser to YouTube (Google). With privacy mode on, pages show our own graphics and nothing contacts YouTube until you confirm. See Privacy.

Your data on this device

Export includes only your choices and item IDs, not any YouTube data. Reset clears this site's data in this browser only; it does not affect YouTube.

Videos are hosted and played by YouTube; we don't host or copy them. Our labels, notes and guides are our own writing. YouTube Terms of Service · Google Privacy Policy · Our privacy page
